The Manchester Fire Department uses an external billing company for all ambulance transports. If you have a question with regard to your bill, please contact the appropriate billing company, depending on the date of your service:
- If your date of service is July 1, 2025, or after, call Pro EMS Solutions at 617-492-8484 or use the links below.
- If your date of service was prior to July 1, 2025, call Comstar at 800-488-4351, and they will fulfill your request.
