Permit Application

Please fill out and submit the following application with any necessary supporting documentation. You will also need to mail or drop off a check made out to the Town of Manchester before any permit is issued. Permit fees are listed on our permit page. Any permit other than listed below will require applicant to visit the Manchester Fire Department located at 12 School Street between the hours of 8am and 4pm Monday through Friday.
