This week and next, our Paramedics are completing their recertification training and receiving an in-service on our new Handtevy Pediatric Software.
What’s Handtevy?
Handtevy is an innovative system that helps Paramedics quickly and accurately determine the correct medication doses, equipment sizes, and fluid amounts for children in critical emergencies. By using patient age or weight, Handtevy provides instant, precise, and evidence-based guidance—helping our team make life-saving decisions faster when caring for our smallest and most vulnerable patients.
The three Paramedic-equipped vehicles we operate all carry this system, ensuring we can always provide the highest level of care—anywhere, anytime, regardless of the situation.
This training ensures our providers are prepared for every emergency, from newborns to adults, with the latest tools and best practices in prehospital medicine.
