If you’ve ever called 911, you may notice they ask a lot of questions. That’s by design. While one dispatcher is speaking with you, another is already alerting crews and updating us as we respond—giving us critical information before we even arrive.
Their calm voice, quick thinking, and coordination play a vital role not only in helping the public, but also in keeping your Police Officers and Firefighters safe.
