This week, in recognition of National Police Week, the Manchester Fire Department would like to recognize and thank our partners at the Manchester Police Department for their continued dedication, professionalism, and partnership.
Every day, our firefighters, paramedics, and police officers work side-by-side responding to emergencies, protecting the community, and helping residents during some of their most difficult moments. Whether it’s a medical emergency, motor vehicle crash, fire alarm, search for a missing person, severe weather event, or large-scale incident, the teamwork between our departments is critical to providing seamless emergency response.
Police officers are often the first to arrive on scene, gathering critical information, assisting with patient care, managing traffic and scene safety, and supporting operations in countless ways that often go unseen by the public.
Strong public safety partnerships do not happen overnight — they are built through trust, communication, training, and a shared commitment to serving our community. We are proud to work alongside the dedicated men and women of the Manchester Police Department each and every day.
