Firefighters Sunday – June 14, 2026
Please join the Manchester-by-the-Sea Fire Department this Sunday, June 14th, as we gather for our annual Firefighters Sunday Memorial Service.

🕘 Time: 9:00 AM
This longstanding tradition provides an opportunity to remember and honor the firefighters who served the Manchester community throughout the years and helped shape our department into what it is today.
All department members are requested to attend in Class A Uniform. Due to the forecasted heat, the uniform of the day will be short-sleeve dress shirt with bell cap, no tie.
Family members, retirees, and members of the public are warmly invited to join us as we reflect on the service, dedication, and legacy of those who came before us.
We kindly ask attendees to arrive prior to the 9:00 AM start time.
Following the service, all are invited to Fire Headquarters for a light breakfast and fellowship.
As we remember those no longer with us, we honor their commitment to service and the lasting impact they had on our department and community.
