Yesterday at 2:58 PM, Manchester Ladder 1 was dispatched to assist Essex Fire with a medical emergency that required a helicopter to land behind Essex Town Hall. The crew of Manchester Ladder 1 worked alongside Essex Fire and Essex Police to secure the area for a safe landing of a MedFlight helicopter. Essex Fire and Beauport Ambulance provided treatment to one patient, who was subsequently transported to a Boston Trauma Center.
