Manchester Fire was happy to participate in the Cardboard Boat Regatta. We had a fun race against Manchester Police. Each working group participated in the boat construction, a great activity for group and department unity. Chief McNeilly filled the role of boat Captain which started a little wet, but the Fire Department boat finished strong.
